Welcome to dotchill. We are the only hookah cafe and bar in Tomakomai City, Hokkaido. When you open the wooden door, you will find yourself in a luxurious space with a mature atmosphere.

Flavors range from fruits such as peach, lemon, and blueberry to sweets such as milk and chocolate, and spices such as cardamom. If you are new to hookah and don't know much about it, you can leave it to our staff and they will make it to your liking. Of course, we will also explain in detail how to enjoy hookah.
